Jasmin Sias, M.A., LCPC
Jasmin is a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor in Maryland who believes that life presents us with challenges that lead us to feel stuck, mad, or hopeless. She believes that change starts from within, and sometimes people need support in a safe space to begin the process of moving forward and healing. Jasmin graduated with her Master’s in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from The Chicago School of Professional Psychology. Jasmin has experience working with children, teens, adults, caregivers, and families with a variety of presenting concerns. She utilizes an integrative approach through different modalities like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), person-centered, and play therapy techniques. Prior to joining Bethesda Play Therapy and Healing Center, Jasmin provided school-based counseling services to elementary, middle, and high school kids, substance abuse treatment to teens and adults, and was part of a group practice that specialized in neuropsychology. Jasmine is currently working towards her Registered Play Therapist credential. During her free time, Jasmin enjoys spending time with her family, playing with her cats, cooking and swimming. Jasmin is an independent contractor for Bethesda Play Therapy and Healing Center.
